The main objective of this module is to give an introduction to the ecotourism and nature-based tourism and their most recent trends at the global level. With the study of the module the student should be able to identify the main components of the ecotourism sector and its associated natural, social and cultural resources, among other relevant features, such as its connection with sustainability, ecosystem services or protected areas, among other topics.
